As you and your business demand more from you, you often have to scramble to keep up. And while you cannot scam more hours in the day, change your energy levels to achieve more!
• Get up and move! Every 90 minutes get up and take a walk – even better if you increase your oxygen intake with a short run up stairs or stretches.
• Grab some water. Not coffee or soft drink. Water!
• Say ‘thanks.’ Research shows that when you regularly express appreciation to others, you boost your own energy levels.
• Stop multi-tasking. No one can do it, not even you! When you need to concentrate turn off phones and definitely close down your email!
